what are the food items, which i should avoid or add to my diet if i wish to loose my body weight?

You should avoid the fast foods, fatty foods and spicy foods.
You should added the fibrous foods, fruit juice, green vegetable soups (especially spinach and tamato soup) and little amount of butter or olive oil or coconut oil or almond oil .
When you fell hungry you can take sporated gram and barley. All these items are fat free and protenious.
If you have wish to loose body weight, you should follow the above regulation.
