Quit chewing of tobacco
I am serious chewer of tobacco, but my resolution for this year is to quit from this habit and to no longer eat all this stuff, please will u let is there any medicine to quit from this bad habit.

Quit chewing of tobacco Chewing of tobacco falls into the category of smokeless tobacco which also include snuff, oral, spit and spitless tobacco. It may be less dangerous than smoking but excessive chewing can lead to cancer of the mouth, pancreas, gum diseases, bad breath, tooth loss and stained teeth. This can also lead to addiction to nicotine and leukoplakia which are white sores that can lead to cancer. Factors leading to intake of smokeless tobacco are peer pressure, stress, thrill, lifestyle. |
