Apart from that have ketogenic diet that are high in fat and protein and low in carbohydrates so that ketones are formed leading to use of fat rather than carbohydrates, Avoid alcohol. Whenever seizures take place note down the time and duration either singly or with the help of someone. Sleep very well and avoid stress and tension.
Since seizures involve jerky movements in the hands and feet this may lead to pain in hands and feet. Epilepsy is basically disorder of the brain and not of blood. Hence disorder in the circulation rarely takes place in epilepsy.
