Vegetarian weight loss diet

I need a vegetarian weight loss menu plan, something I can pull out and follow without having to write or change the menu myself. A menu plan to cover two to three weeks would be ideal.

Vegetarian weight loss diet 

Following is a list of three options you can choose as diet alternatives of vegetarian fare.

  • Breakfast: (Always add a glass of fresh fruit juice with any alternative)

Baked beans with grilled mushrooms and grilled tomatoes followed stewed prunes in skimmed yoghurt.
A bowl of wheat flakes sprinkled with raisins and skimmed milk. A glass of fresh smoothie [preferably bananas with berries (strawberry or blueberry)]
A bowl of oatmeal porridge sprinkled with freshly chopped strawberries. A fruit salad bowl comprising figs, melons and bananas

  • Lunch:

A bowl of brown rice salad with tomatoes, chickpeas, a dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper, onion, and fresh basil
A bowl of potato and leek soup with French bread
A bowl of whole meal spaghetti with tomato and garlic pasta sauce sprinkled with Parmesan cheese shavings. For dessert, have a small bowl of rice pudding with fresh strawberries.

  • Dinner: (Always add freshly sliced fruit to any option)

A portion of ratatouille served with baked potato.
A bowl of carrot and orange soup, accompanied by a slice of whole meal bread and a portion of green vegetable salad
A portion of chickpea thick gravy or sauce served with two slices of whole bread and a vegetable and fruit salad with skimmed yoghurt dressing.
