Fast weight loss diet

Hi, I am 23 and my height is 5ft 2.5 inches my weight is 63 kgs what can I do reduce in 2 months?

In order to lose weight in such a short period of time, you would have to follow a fairly strict regimen of diet and exercise. It is important for you to understand that if you miss out even a day of your regimen, it will tantamount to you putting on weight instead. This is because each day that you do not lose any weight, you must treat it as a day when you have gained weight. It is this attitude that will help you to lose weight over and above everything else.

In order to start with a regimen of strict dieting, you should make a healthy start by cutting out all forms of fatty and fried food from your daily intake. This will be of great help in the first week of your diet program.


Do keep in mind that this is also the time when you will lose the maximum amount of weight. It is important that you know that you will not lose weight at the same pace and in the same quantity in the subsequent part of your diet and exercise program. The most amount of weight is always lost in the beginning. You must also take to sipping hot water all day. Squeeze in half a lime and stir in a teaspoon of honey as well. Both these are natural lipid melters and will help to melt excess fat from your body greatly. You should also increase your intake of water and vegetables, as both of these will help to maintain the weight you have lost. Make it a point to drink at least 10 liters of water. Make it a rule to have a bowl of chopped salad without dressing before every meal.

To begin with your program of exercise, you must make it a point to indulge in some amount of aerobic exercise at least for 40 minutes every single day. This can include swimming, running, aerobics, or playing a sport of some sort. Tennis, squash, badminton, handball or lacrosse are highly effective games that also double up as forms of serious cardiovascular exercise that will burn fat. You could sign up for any of these games. It is preferable that you go for swimming in addition to playing a game as well. Swimming is the kind of exercise that also doubles up as pleasure. In addition to that, swimming is also an excellent way to improve the quality of your skin.
