Need natural methods to reduce the fat of my face?

Rounded cheeks and baby fat are features that are mostly adored in infants, but these qualities are not necessarily what we want to be admired for as we get into adulthood. Facial fat removal is not very easy, but there are ways by which you can reduce your chubby appearance and firm the skin on your face. If you are looking at facial fat loss, here are a few things you need to keep in mind.
Make sure you regularly exercise and follow a healthy diet plan that includes plenty of vegetables, fresh fruits, and water. Cut out on your consumption of refined and processed foods and make sure you reduce fried foods and eliminate sugar from your diet. The best thing you could do for facial fat removal is to reduce fat all over your body, and this will reflect on your face as well.

Another way you can work at facial fat removal is by exercising your face.


Facial fat cannot be burned by simple facial exercises, instead work at toning your facial muscles. Here’s a workout that is quite simple. Open your mouth (wide) and stick out your tongue. Push forward your chin and open your eyes wide. Hold this position for about 5 to 10 sec. Relax for a while and then repeat this five times daily.  

There are a number of creams that lead to facial fat loss and cause firming. These creams lead to a break down and elimination of facial fat. Care has to be taken however to use deep massage strokes to apply the cream. Also, ensure that you use a cream that is made especially for the face and will not cause any harm to the tissues of your face. One way to make sure that you do not have any sensitivity to the cream is to apply it behind your ears before trying it on your face.     

Facial fat removal can also be done by a plastic surgeon. Today, a number of procedures which range from skin tightening using light and thread lifts to more invasive procedures such as facial liposuction and facial lifts are available. Sometimes, two procedures are combined for the best effect. Facial weight loss can be also be achieved by combining liposuction with ultrasound.  Facial liposuction recovery is not a very long process, and most people get back to their normal routine within a week or so.

Reduction of general fat would help to reduce facial fat. Run for 50 minutes at a speed of 5 K. M. / Hr. Eat judiciously.

Natural Cures for Facial Fat Removal 

Spot reduction of fat in any area would not be successful without a proper diet and exercise which will also help you to reduce the overall fat of the body. Try the following tips for to reduce the facial fat along with the total body fat from the body –

  • A sensible diet and an appropriate exercise regime will help to reduce the overall body fat including the fat from your face. Exercise can not help much in spot fat loss but it significantly helps in fat loss.
  • Drink lots of water to remain well hydrated, many a times when your body feels hungry it's actually thirsty. So drink sufficient water as it will help to edge off the hunger and thus help lose weight.
  • Firm up your facial muscles, keep your cheeks closed and suck in your cheeks without opening your lips. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times. Another simple exercise includes smiling as wide as possible keeping your lips closed as if the corners of your mouth are trying to touch your ears.
  • For a lady it is much easier to hide the facial fat with make up tricks or different hair styles till she actually loses whole body fat. Some other expensive and risky ways to reduce facial fat are liposuction, ultra sound or cosmetic surgery all of which should be avoided as far as possible.
