Best Diet Tips 

Best diet, there is no such diet as best diet. A diet would largely depend on number of factors like your age, activity level, your sex, medical issues or your food choices. A best diet can be though made by you modifying your current diet and lifestyle. Also a diet would vary according to a person's weight and requirements. There would be numerous diets under the sun according to different ethnic background and food availability in a particular city or country.


But in general you can keep in mind the points listed below which can form a part of your best diet.

  • Let's start from the food which should form the base in your diet that is whole grains, cereals and its products. Choose these instead of its refined and extra processed foods simply because they give complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fiber in the diet.
  • Limit the intake of sweets, oily foods, junk foods, carbonated beverages, sodas, colas and bakery goods simply because these foods are loaded with fats and provide very little of other nutrients. In the long run these fats can have adverse effects on the body leading to obesity and its other related problems like heart diseases, stroke, diabetes or metabolic syndrome.
  • For good quality proteins have fish, eggs, skimmed milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, sprouts, lean meat, and poultry. Minimize the consumption of organ meats, egg yolk, and shelled fish as these along with providing proteins will also provide significant amount of fats.
  • Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water and avoid alcohol and smoking as far as possible.
