Body Weight Training 

Body weight training is the best thing you can do along with a diet to get in to a desired shape. Weight training has multiple benefits like it helps to raise the body's metabolism helps to burn more calories than fat, so to simplify the more muscles you have the more the more calories would be burnt in the day. Weight training is of special importance to women as it helps to strength the long bones. It also increases your muscular endurance and makes you stronger. With weight training chances of getting injuries are very low in fact it would help you to avoid injuries.


Weight training would help to increase your confidence and self esteem and also improve balance and co-ordination. It can be sometimes confusing when you start strength training as from where do I start? Before starting your own strength training program it is important to know the basic training rules or principles. To build body muscles more resistance is required than the usual resistance your muscles are used to. This should however not be done on day one itself. You should gradually increase the resistance, intensity and duration over a period of time. Always start weight training with a little warm up and end with a cool down.
