I need help in knowing all about Diet recipes. What are the best diet recipes out there? Please provide information on the types of diet recipes available.

Advice on Diet Recipe

Diet recipes come time a dozen and there is plenty of such diet recipes accessible based on the diet that you choose to follow and also depending upon the types of foods you wish to consume.

The DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is a deliberate attempt at controlling high blood pressure through its dietary regime. In this diet, recipes involve increased amount of fruits and vegetables and consumption of low fat or non-dairy products. This Diet has been sponsored by the National Institute of Health and has proven to be highly successful in lowering blood pressure.

Then there are diets which are based on the principles of eating only low carbohydrate foods. The Low Carb Diet contains recipes that are low in carbohydrates which further causes the body to produce decreased insulin, and thus resulting in the using up of fats stored in the body as energy source.

Another recent diet recipe program that is supposedly interesting due to its belief is Blood Type Diet. This diet indicates that certain foods must be consumed by people who belong to a certain blood type while those foods maybe harmful to those with a different blood type.

The Portfolio Diet on the other hand holds soy products as key ingredients in its diet recipes.
