According to your height your weight should be around 50 kg, which means you need to gain 10-12 kg to achieve your ideal body weight. Follow these simple guidelines to gain weight – - Set a goal to increase your weight gradually, for this increase your whole day’s caloric intake. Have small meals at frequent intervals. For example instead of 3 meals have 6 meals in a day.
- Consume energy dense foods such as mango milkshake, banana milkshake, nuts (soaked almonds, groundnuts, walnuts, cashew nuts or any others according to your choice), sugar, jam, butter, oil and cream.
