Body Detoxifying Diet

The Sacred heart medical diet is a 7 day program that helps in detoxification. A storehouse of energy is felt by the end of the seven days. A soup made of tomatoes, celery capsicum, beans, carrot, onion and defatted beef broth are helpful, as they contribute to negligible calories. The vegetables are cut and cooked well. Unlimited amount of the soup is recommended.

All fruits, except banana are taken on the first day. Raw and cooked vegetables are taken on day two. Fruits, vegetables and soup are taken on day three, though potatoes are avoided. Three bananas and milk with unlimited amount of soup is helpful. This provides the required calcium and potassium. These minerals also decrease the cravings for sweets. About 10 to 20 ounces of beef with a can of tomatoes is effective on the fifth day. Unlimited amount of beef and vegetables are allowed. Baked potato is not allowed, though two to three steaks are permitted with excessive vegetables.
