Can someone educate me on Easy Weight Loss Menu. I am planning to lose some weight.

Easy Weight Loss Menu 

There is no fixed menu for weight loss. Reframing or modifying your diet is helpful in losing the extra weight.  A balanced meal with exercise is helpful in curbing those additional pounds. A healthy diet with all the food groups included in the necessary manner is effective. Avoid refined carbohydrates, as in refined sugar, refined flour and so on. Whole grains, legumes and pulses helpful, in addition to vegetables and fruits.


These are complex carbohydrates that prove beneficial. Saturated and Trans fats are avoided. Poly unsaturated and mono unsaturated fats are useful when used in restricted quantities. Drinking at least eight to ten glasses of water is recommended.

Skimmed milk and skimmed dairy products are preferred. Cooking foods by boiling, steaming and pressure cooking are better than deep frying. Avoid processed foods and certain ready-to-eat foods, as the sodium content is high. Avoid sugar and fructose in the diet. Avoid skipping meals, as it results in excessive intake in the successive meals. Cereals in the breakfast prove beneficial. Poached or boiled eggs are helpful. Reducing the consumption by at least, 10 per cent is helpful.
Keeping a busy schedule also helps in reaching out for unwanted calories. Avoid diet pills, as side effects are common. Alcoholic and carbonate beverages are completely abstained from. Proper mastication helps in eating less, as satiety is felt. Have your dinner at least three hours prior to sleeping. This helps in burning of  a few of the calories.
