Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml); celery 5 fl oz (l50ml); parsley 3 fl oz (75ml);
Watercress 2 fl oz (50ml).
Carrot 6 fl oz (175ml); beet 5 fl oz (150ml); cucumber 5 fl oz (150ml).
Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml); parsley 3 fl oz (75ml); spinach 3 fl oz (75ml).
Carrot 8 fl oz (225ml); watercress 5 fl oz (150ml); tomato 7 fl oz
(200ml).

Catarrh

Cut out smoking and all refined foods. Remedy any excess weight.

(100ml).
Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml); radish 4 fl oz (100ml); parsley 2 fl oz (50ml).
Papaya 10 fl oz (275ml); pineapple 5 fl oz (l50ml); grapefruit 5 fl oz (l50ml).
Onion 10 fl oz (275ml).
