Pineapple and lemon juice for Varicose Veins and Vomiting

Inflammation of the veins, seen on the limbs is referred to as varicose veins. It is more obvious, when the individual is standing. Cramps and fatigue are common varicose vein symptoms of an affected limb. Pineapple juice is an effective remedy, and the effect is attributed to the bromelain present in them. Vegetable juices are useful, as they ensure proper and healthy collagen.

The above said effect is due to the presence of pigments, such as proanthocyanidins and anthocyanins. Lemon juice is good for vomiting caused due to food poisoning. Vomiting due to acidity is treated with sugar cane juice.
