  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

First blend the milk and the chocolate whey protein powder in a blender, till they are mixed completely. Add the peanut butter and continue blending the ingredients, till they reach the desired consistency.
