Beef is available commercially as cuts, based on the fat content, texture and the degree of tenderness. Beef is a powerhouse of a variety of minerals and vitamins, making it a versatile food. Beef is stored in the refrigerator or freezer at the home level. Beef with least amount of fat, especially white color should be purchased. Alminium foil is used for covering it up for storage.
