Foods to Prevent Obesity Virus

Obesity is a condition that affects a large number of people across the world. It is not a virus, but is a condition that is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle or, in some cases, by hormonal issues that affect the digestive process. Obesity is defined as the condition where a person’s weight is excessively high and their body fat content is extremely high as well. Obesity is judged based on a person’s height as a taller person would naturally be heavier than a shorter person. Obesity is the root of several health problems that are likely to occur as a result of the condition.


This condition also causes a person to lack any speed in physical mobility and to be unable to perform certain physical tasks that a healthier person would normally be able to.  

Causes for Obesity: It is true that some people are more likely to become obese when compared to others. The root of this is the person’s metabolism rate.


Some people have a high rate of metabolism, which means that most of the food they eat is used for energy and a smaller proportion is stored as fat. While this is definitely a disadvantage for someone with a slower rate of metabolism, it is only one part of the picture. Obesity is almost always caused by excessive food consumption and consumption of unhealthy food.


It is also caused by a sedentary or lazy lifestyle which involves minimal physical activity. In order to avoid being obese or to recover from a condition of obesity, it is necessary to moderate your diet and lifestyle.

Diet for Obese Children and Adults: For your diet you should first eliminate certain food categories completely. Junk food, fried food, and food that is excessively fatty like meats with high fat content should be banned from your diet.


You should replace your cooking oil with oil that contains unsaturated fat.

Foods to Prevent Obesity: Olive oil and sunflower oil are useful oils to use for cooking which are potentially less harmful than other oils. You should divide your day into three well defined meals with a snack in the evening. Eating three meals will help your digestive system perform its job effectively rather than when you are continuously munching on food. You should focus on fruits and vegetables over meat, eggs and dairy products. A healthy meal is one that contains all various colors of vegetables. Any change in diet without an increase in exercise is unlikely to have a massive impact on your obesity.
