Weight Strength Training Strength training or weight training or weight strength training are the terms used interchangeably for weight training. Weight strength training has number of benefits which helps a person to lose weight and be physically strong. Strength training helps to build the lean muscle tissue that is more metabolically active than fat. When you increase muscle mass your rate of metabolism is also increased and thus you burn more calories in the whole day. Regular strength training not only makes your bones stronger but also gives you strength to carry out different daily activities like carrying groceries, carrying kids, gardening, and other household chores. |
