Sinus Troubles

For a basis of nutrients take:

Carrot 10 fl oz (275m!); pineapple or papaya 10 fl oz (275ml). Plus:
Horseradish (grated) 40z (100g); lemon 1 fl oz (25m!); radish (leaves and root) 6
fl oz (l75ml); carrot 8 fl oz (225ml). Plus:
Garlic 1 fl oz (25ml) daily.

Skin - Poor Complexion

Lemon and cucumber juices are magnificent and effective cosmetics. Do not allow synthetics to clog the pores.

Among the juices which improve the complexion are:

Apple 12 fl oz (350ml).
Beetroot 12 fl oz (350ml).

Juice for Sinus:

The inflammation of an individual’s nasal passages and also their sinus cavities are associated with a sinus problem. This condition is known to be a debilitating one when it is found to reach the infectious stage. Very often a lot of people are not aware that a sinus infection is involved at all as the signs and symptoms can be similar to a common cold or similar even to the flu. Some of the effective and common home remedies for treating a sinus problem are as simple as ginger juice for sinus. Make a small amount of juice from fresh ginger and mix this with warm water and honey. Ginger juice for sinus problems is a common home remedy and the individual will need to drink this juice twice or even thrice a day to get some relief from a sinus condition.

Aloe vera juice for sinus infections is also very common and the vera juice or gel can be made by extracting the juice from the pulpy leaves of the plant. This is a very effective remedy for treating a common cold or sinus. Aloe vera juice for skin is also a very common and can be used on a daily basis. Aloe vera juice for healthy skin can be consumed as well as used topically for clear glowing skin.

This juice for glowing skin is highly recommended by many experts and dieticians. To reduce the effects of sinus infections, once can even try the simple method known as nasal irrigation. This remedy includes one diluting a half teaspoon of sea salt or regular salt along with a cup of some hot water. One should allow this mixture to simmer for a while on the fire. Once it has been strained it is ready to use.

Next the person who is suffering from the sinus infection should draw some of this solution into a bulb syringe. Next, one should very slowly place the tip of this bulb into either one of their nostrils and then squeeze some of the solution into their nasal passage. The warm saline solution should be allowed to flow out of the mouth if possible or if the blockage is severe, the solution can be allowed to remain in the nostril for a few seconds. The person can then blow their nose gently to get rid of the saline solution as well as the excess mucus from their nasal passages. This may also be done for small babies who are suffering from this nasal condition, but in much smaller doses and very carefully. The extract of grape seed is also found to be excellent healing juice as it is found to be a very powerful antioxidant. This can help in reducing any inflammation of one’s sinus cavities and also one’s nasal passages. Consume a glass of this juice for sinus and respiratory infections as it will help to reduce the severity of the infection as well as speed up the healing process.
