is a simple way to cleanse your digestive system. You will be required to have only fruits and vegetables as well as fruits and vegetable juices throughout your day.

has been tried by many people as it helps to provide the body with vitamins and minerals that are essential for good health and vitality. It also helps cleanse out your system that is overburdened when you consume processed foods, cooked food, and animal products. It is good for people who want to loose weight or have problems like drinking

, smoking, heavy caffeine consumption, and eating
junk food
.
It is also used when treating medical conditions such as depression, cancer, arthritis, and autoimmune diseases.
Fruit Detox Diet
: When you decide to go on a
fruit juice detox diet
you need to keep a few things in mind. Make your juices at home and try to use fresh organic fruit pieces that are not sprayed with pesticides. The juice should be thick and should be consumed within 5 minutes of making it, as it will retain the best of its nutritional value and not lose its nutrients.
You should plan to go on this diet on a day when you are relaxed and at home. That way your body will get more time and it will also be a healthy way to relax and de-stress. A good and simple

would include starting the day with some warm water with lime squeezed into it.
Drink an adequate amount of fluids as this will help to keep your entire system flushed and clear of all toxins and waste products. You can have water throughout the day between your juices or along with it. Eat a melon for breakfast.
You can eat any kind of melon; eat as much as you need to feel full. For lunch have some oranges, grapes,

. or even plums. Again you should eat as much as you need to satisfy your hunger. An hour or two after lunch you can have a vegetable juice. A glass of fresh carrot juice or beetroot juice would be ideal. For dinner, eat apples, bananas, grapefruits or pears. Eat one fruit at a time and make sure that you eat it slowly and savor each mouthful.
